Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Candidate Experience:

- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications.

Recruitment Process:

- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and making offer decisions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand by promoting Attero's culture and values.

Data Analysis:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
