Job Summary:

WTF Gyms is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with WTF Gyms' brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize ad spend budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze ad campaigns to ensure they are effectively driving traffic, leads, and conversions.
  1. Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
  • Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and engagement patterns.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop customized marketing campaigns that appeal to different customer segments.
  • Continuously test and refine audience targeting to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  1. Analytics & Performance Optimization:
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other marketing elements to identify what works best and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
  • Regularly report performance metrics and insights to the marketing team and senior management, including suggestions for improvements.
  1. Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
  • Work closely with the content, creative, and product teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to enhance campaign performance and explore new advertising opportunities.
  • Support the launch of new fitness programs, promotions, and membership plans through targeted digital campaigns.
  1. Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for campaign innovation.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and advertising technologies to keep WTF Gyms at the forefront of performance marketing.
  • Provide insights on market positioning and opportunities for improving campaign reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or media buying.
  • Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and digital ad platform dashboards.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or health industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Lead generation and conversion rates from digital campaigns.
  • Growth in website traffic, membership sign-ups, and overall revenue.
  • Effectiveness of audience targeting and campaign optimization efforts.
