Human Resources Manager

As the HR Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational growth. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals in the fast-paced travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various functions.
- Design and execute strategies for employer branding to position the company as a preferred employer in the travel sector.
- Develop talent retention programs, including career pathing, internal mobility, and succession planning.
Performance Management
- Lead the implementation of performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks for employee performance in line with business goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team leads for effective performance reviews and feedback.
Employee Engagement and Culture
- Build and maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and surveys to understand and address employee needs.
- Organize team-building initiatives and training sessions to enhance collaboration and morale.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems to support business decision-making.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Use HR analytics to monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide insights to leadership to optimize HR practices and drive business growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, analytics tools, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
