The Assistant Manager - HR Recruitment will lead the recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of innovative hiring strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs across departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Sourcing and Talent Pool Management:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and recurring roles.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set clear expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team environment.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve hiring efficiency.
