Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager - HR Recruitment will lead the recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of innovative hiring strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs across departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Sourcing and Talent Pool Management:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and recurring roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set clear expectations.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve hiring efficiency.
