About Us:
RCOR Intelliger is a leading provider of data-driven Business Intelligence solutions that empower businesses to make strategic decisions through intuitive dashboards and analytics. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive revenue, engage with clients, and build a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Presales:
- Act as the primary point of contact during the presales phase to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients to integrate and customize dashboards aligned with their business needs.
- Lead client calls and presentations to convert prospects into paying customers.
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives.
- Monitor sales metrics and ensure consistent performance across the team.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Ensure that sales teams provide actionable feedback to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful sales collateral, case studies, and campaigns.
BI and Dashboard Expertise:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Business Intelligence tools and dashboard creation.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure RCOR Intelliger’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous Experience with creating BI dashboards and collecting user pain points.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
