Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 06+ months of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.


Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development plans, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees and managers on various HR topics, including harassment prevention, diversity awareness, and performance management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.

Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 06+ months of experience in various HR roles and responsibilities.

Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems.
