Title: HR Manager/ Generalist
Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)
Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze HR trends and recommend solutions for organizational improvement.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Serve as the primary contact for HR-related queries and issues.
Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
Promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion through various HR initiatives.
Design and implement performance management systems for employee development.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting development plans.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Manage employee benefits programs and assist with benefits-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
Lead and participate in HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Experience with HRM systems, especially Zoho People/Suite, is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Professional HR certification is a plus.
