Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Marketing Manager / Executive with a background in the hospital industry to join our team. The Corporate Marketing Manager / Executive will be responsible for managing corporate relations, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing marketing initiatives to promote Motherland Hospital as a preferred healthcare destination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to promote Motherland Hospital's services and facilities to corporate clients and partners.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, employers, and other stakeholders to drive patient referrals and business growth.
3. Collaborate with internal departments, including business development, medical services, and administration, to develop customized healthcare solutions for corporate clients.
4. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities targeting corporate clients and partners.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and service enhancement.
6. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and reports for corporate clients and partners.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and ROI.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in the hospital or healthcare industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully building and managing corporate relationships, securing partnerships, and driving business growth.
4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on B2B marketing.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
