Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Noida region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Farms2Families. The candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the corporate sales landscape, and a passion for promoting unique and innovative services.


Responsibilities:


Business Development:


Identify and target corporate clients interested in Farms2Families services.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.

Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and market research.


Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the unique benefits of Farms2Families.


Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.


Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of Farms2Families services to corporate clients.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the agriculture, wellness, real estate or related industries.

Strong understanding of the Noida corporate landscape.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales.
