About the Role: As Business Head, you’ll be steering our ship toward success. Your domain expertise will be crucial in shaping our strategies, ensuring seamless coordination, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional results.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:


Strategic Leadership: Leverage your domain knowledge to develop and execute business strategies aligned with the client goals.

Utilise your domain expertise in data centers to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of strategic objectives across cross-functional marketing teams.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Stay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:


Proven experience (8-10+ years) in a senior leadership role with a focus on data centers, technology, or related industries.

Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and industry trends.

Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, particularly in marketing and advertising domains.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
