Job description


Responsibilities:


  • Generating leads and cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing prospective customers to establish rapport and set up meetings,
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to boost the company's market presence.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans with clear objectives to increase revenue and business expansion.
  • Understanding the needs of existing customers and how the company's products or services align with their goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry contacts
  • Negotiating with stakeholders and drafting business proposals and contracts to close deals and secure new business
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure company goals are met,
  • Working closely with the sales team to convert prospects into customers and to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
  • Lead generation & Proposal writing. Convincing the clients and closing the business idea.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met,
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
  • Follow up all the qualifying Leads. Closing sales and achieving Monthly sales targets,


Skills and qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1year experience
  • IT Industries experience Must,
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing sales teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Identifying potential sectors and generating new customer database.
  • Solid understanding of contract negotiation and relationship sales.
  • Preferred – working experience with Domestic/international projects
  • Liaison with the technical team.
