Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team, focusing on Archicad and CADMATE software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for these products. This role requires a deep understanding of the architecture and construction software industry, as well as a passion for technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Archicad and CADMATE products.
Identify potential markets and customer segments for these software solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of Archicad, CADMATE, or similar architectural design software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
