Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2C Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for education and technology, and a proven track record in sales and business development in the B2C sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecast future trends.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
