Job Description: As a Cold Calling Executive for My Care Labs and My Care International, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and pitch our lab testing services to nursing facilities, care homes, medical facilities, nursing offices, and doctor offices. Additionally, you will be pitching medical billing services provided by My Care International to doctor offices. You will also be responsible for handling incoming sales and customer calls, managing bookings, and updating all information on the CRM system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to nursing facilities, care homes, medical facilities, nursing offices, and doctor offices to pitch My Care Labs' testing services.
- Pitch medical billing services provided by My Care International to doctor offices.
- Handle incoming sales and customer calls, providing information about services and addressing inquiries.
- Manage bookings and appointments efficiently over the phone.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions on the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent cold calling skills with a track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and objections effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure partnerships.
