Inside Sales Executive
Position Summary:
To provide sales and marketing functions the required support in building a pipeline of Qualified Leads and Opportunities to meet business plans, quarterly quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, emails, business networking, social media, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
- Make outgoing calls to generate new leads/opportunities
- Contact prospects to qualify leads (use BANT)
- Research and maintain lead generation database in CRM
- Record all activities in CRM
- Conduct customer research
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s solutions and services in order to facilitate the inside sales process
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM and Database Tools
- Strong time management skills
- Experience working with US Geography (preferred)
- Preferred IT Services Experience in ITSM, Product Engineering, Cloud background
