As an Inside Sales Specialist at Emeritus, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building and managing lead pipelines for our comprehensive education programs. You will work closely with senior executives and other departments to ensure seamless program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and manage lead pipelines for multi-discipline education programs.
- Provide customized information to interested executives through phone and email consultations.
- Update CRM software with real-time lead discussion details.
- Guide customers through program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments.
- Develop best practices for customer interactions, including standard FAQs.
- Ensure adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
- Mentor and motivate an inside sales team to achieve high enrolment rates for all programs.
- Leverage internal relationships to move leads through pipeline stages.
- Participate in marketing feedback meetings as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/Sales targets.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills.
- Strong phone/video call presence.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple programs, ensuring flawless follow-up skills to close leads.
- Pleasantly persistent with customers, with a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners.
- Ability to succeed in a revenue-oriented and sales-focused environment.
- Ability to work with limited direct day-to-day management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a start-up culture with a diverse and global talent pool.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience.
