Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead a team of Program Advisors in delivering exceptional business results, aligning with our strategic goals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with senior management to drive global sales revenue, support team outcomes, and motivate staff to achieve consistent excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of advisors who engage with prospects via various channels, facilitating enrollments in our professional certificate programs.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, enhancing the Inside Sales team's efficiency.
- Own program revenue and enrollment goals in collaboration with Revenue and Marketing leaders.
- Address non-performing programs, ensuring swift turnaround on dynamically changing business-critical objectives.
- Maintain floor coverage, focusing on critical deliverables such as hourly dials, objection handling, CL2PA coaching, productivity enhancement, and sales pitch improvement.
- Proactively plan and mobilize sufficient staffing based on shift, region, and program requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality parameters for the team.
- Participate in daily stand-ups with stakeholders, taking ownership of Inside Sales metrics, including media plan adherence, campaign effectiveness, and feedback capturing.
- Maintain shift adherence for Program Advisors and Senior Program Advisors.
- Manage escalations and mailboxes related to leads.
- Perform other tasks as needed to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Promote bulk referrals to generate revenue.
- Achieve targets for production, compliance, quality score as defined.
Requirements

- At least 5 years of team handling experience.
Salary: Estimated Annual Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000
