Volo Health Insurance TPA Private Limited is a dedicated Third Party Administrator (TPA) licensed by the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA). The company provides third party administration in healthcare services, including designing medical plans, administering healthcare claims, and providing managed healthcare services to Insurance Companies and Corporations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Lead at Volo Health Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Role & responsibilities
1. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.
2. Company Culture: Promote and maintain a positive company culture, ensuring that values are upheld and integrated into daily operations.
3. Employee Benefits: Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of employees.
4. Safe Work Environment: Ensure a safe and supportive work environment for all employees, including compliance with local regulations and company standards.
5. Disciplinary Actions: Handle disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, including investigating incidents, documenting outcomes, and ensuring follow-up.
6. Enforcing Policies: Enforce company policies and practices across the Baroda office, ensuring consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
7. Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, facilitating resolutions, and communicating company updates.
8. Professional Development: Facilitate training and development programs, encouraging employee growth and career progression within the company.
9. Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliances, HR policies, and best practices.
