Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will actively participate in onboarding, talent acquisition, and other HR processes and agency core operations.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management skills
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Understanding of labour laws and regulations
  • Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Full-time


Work Timings:

Monday to Saturday - 10 AM to 7 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)


Stipend:
