Mandatory Skills : Voice Process , Chat Process, International Voice ,Networking Domain Skill set & ResponsibilityInternational Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage multi-country sales operations and navigate diverse regulatory environments.Strategic Negotiation: Strong skills in contract negotiation and deal structuring for global clients.Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across different cultures and languages.Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of global telecom trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading regional or global sales teams and driving performance.Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing strategies, forecasting, and ROI analysis for international markets.Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges in dynamic global environments.Essential Hiring SkillsTelecom Domain Knowledge:Understanding of telecom network architecture, protocols, and automation frameworks.Familiarity with SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network management systems.International Sales Expertise:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom or IT services.Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Technical Acumen:Ability to comprehend technical solutions and articulate value propositions to clients.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle.Develop and implement sales strategies for international telecom network services (IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, etc.).Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, carriers, and partners.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
