Job Title: International Voice Process With Network Domain Location: pune Experience: 1+ years Job Type : Full Time Permanent Notice Period:- Immediate joiners . Client : MNC Client . Mandatory Skills : Voice Process , Chat Process, International Voice ,Networking Domain Skill set & Responsibility - International Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage multi-country sales operations and navigate diverse regulatory environments. - Strategic Negotiation: Strong skills in contract negotiation and deal structuring for global clients. - Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across different cultures and languages. - Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of global telecom trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. - Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading regional or global sales teams and driving performance. - Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing strategies, forecasting, and ROI analysis for international markets. - Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges in dynamic global environments. Essential Hiring Skills Telecom Domain Knowledge: - Understanding of telecom network architecture, protocols, and automation frameworks. - Familiarity with SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network management systems. International Sales Expertise: - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom or IT services. - Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Technical Acumen: - Ability to comprehend technical solutions and articulate value propositions to clients. - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle. - Develop and implement sales strategies for international telecom network services (IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, etc.). - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, carriers, and partners. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures. - Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
