Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skill -

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in sales, Preferred is from Travel, Hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
