Role Overview: As the Growth Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the growth strategy and execution across all digital channels, both on platform and off platform, for our lending and credit business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to acquire new customers, optimize conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Growth Strategy: Collaborate to define and execute the company's growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, internal platform growth initiatives, content marketing, and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates across all digital channels, including website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to customer acquisition and growth.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user experience and streamline the customer journey.
- Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in a growth marketing or digital marketing role within a fintech company.
- Should have in-dept understanding of Product development life cycle and user growth journey.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (Pmax, PPC, Meta Advantage+, MoEngage, WebEngage, Clever tap), and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fintech and innovation in financial services
