About Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead Funnel Management: Taking ownership of the lead generation process, from identifying potential leads to converting them into clients. This involves activities such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the sales process.

· Pitch Deck Preparation: Creating and updating pitch decks to effectively communicate your company's value proposition, products/services, and differentiation to potential clients.

· Employee Skills Repository: Developing a format for gathering and updating the skill and experience profiles of team members. This repository helps in showcasing the expertise of the team to clients and can be crucial in acquiring new projects.

· Client On-boarding Documentation: Developing proposals and on boarding documents to streamline the process of bringing new clients on board. This includes outlining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

· Client Work Case Studies: Compiling and updating case studies that highlight successful projects and outcomes achieved for clients. These case studies serve as valuable assets for demonstrating your company's capabilities and track record.

· Promotion on social media & Digital Channels: Driving the promotion of your company's services or products on social media platforms and other digital channels. This involves creating content, engaging with followers, and running targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

· Client Liaison: Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the BG team during the initial weeks following client on boarding. This ensures a smooth transition and helps address any questions or concerns that may arise.

· Business Deal Operations: Managing all aspects of business deal operations, including negotiating contracts, ensuring their execution, and overseeing their implementation. This involves working closely with legal and other relevant teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

· Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and finding ways to add value to these relationships.

· Reporting and Analysis: Preparing detailed reports that provide insights into business performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations. This involves analysing data, identifying key metrics, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.


Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA in Sales & Marketing or similar relevant field preferred.

- Business development experience in Print/Digital Media/Radio/PR/Creative agencies will be preferred.

- Proven track record of success as a Business Development Consultant, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

- Demonstrated ability to develop actionable solutions and drive business growth.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication (English, Hindi & Telugu), interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and proposals to diverse audiences.

- A Negotiator, Critical thinker and problem solver, positive attitude, with a strategic mind-set and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
