The role of a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) is crucial in providing high-level support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD's office and the overall efficiency of the organization. Here is an overview of the scope and responsibilities typically associated with a Personal Assistant to an MD


Main Responsibility and Activities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's busy calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Handle all aspects of the Managing Director's travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in creating MD-related content such as financial sheets, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Assist in managing the Managing Director's relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and contacts within your network.
  • Provide support for the Managing Director's personal activities such as health management, purchasing, and other personal errands.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Managing Director on various activities and projects.



Education Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Bachelors in commerce or equivalent from a top university
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales/admin/finance/marketing.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Very good command in two Indian languages as well as English.
