CTC-Range 9LPA to 11 LPA


Reporting: Western Head- Sales 

Location of Posting: Mumbai

Job Brief & Description 

 

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, sales management, and market analysis to expand the company’s market presence and achieve business objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals. 
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable terms for the company. 
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop business development plans aligned with company goals.
