Job description

Key Responsibilities:

∙Accurately enter sales data, customer information, and other relevant data into databases or CRM systems.

∙Maintain and update sales records, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.

∙Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns to prospects and customers.

∙Monitor email campaigns, track metrics, and provide reports on performance.

∙Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

∙Prepare and organize sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

∙Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, meetings, and conferences.

∙Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers.

∙Follow up with leads and customers to gather additional information or provide support as needed.

∙Conduct research to identify potential sales leads or market opportunities.

∙Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

∙Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

∙Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.

∙Strong proficiency in data entry, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint).

∙Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.

∙Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

∙Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

∙Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic sales principles is a plus.
