About Business: Hofincons is a leading company within the OAM (Operations & Asset Management) platform under Quess Corp., specializing in industrial asset management and maintenance services. Job Summary:
- Tapping market intelligence.
- Searches for new clients who benefits from Hofincons products or services and maximizes client potential.
- Develops relationships with clients through managing & interpreting their requirements.
- Persuades clients that Hofincons products/services best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price & delivery.
- Assessment of Contract Clauses in Tenders for drafting Techno Commercial Proposals.
- Negotiates contract terms & conditions to meet both client & company needs.
- Undertaking site visits for Techno – Commercial evaluation and meet HOD’s of Technical, Commercial, HR & HSE Personnel to understand the Client Expectations and Site.
- Engaging in technical discussions with client at Client Site for mutually finalizing the technical scope of work including agreement on manpower.
- Preparation of costing sheets based on the mutually agreed technical scope.
- Preparation of commercial bid & techno commercial discussion with client.
- Liaises with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Provides the Sales/Project Mangers with technical descriptions, commercial letters & proposes standard conditions as part of a proposal.
- Collaborates closely with other functions within the organization to ensure the accuracy of the proposal, as well as when developing documentation.
- Co-ordinate with client for formal work order / Letter of Intent (LOI)/Letter of Award (LOA).
- De-brief meeting with internal team pertaining to our contract, SOW, deliverables, KPI’s, mobilization requirement, contractual bindings, logistics & site environment.
- Performs sales activities for assigned products/systems in collaboration with a Sales Manager/Rep, using deep technical knowledge for these products / systems, in a way that contributes to highest possible sales volumes
Knowledge Skills Experience:
- Some years of experience in O&M including commercial experience.
- Knowledge of site operations.
- Commercial Knowledge.
- Proposal & Scope Management.
- Planning & Organizing.
- Formulating Strategies & Concepts.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree or the equivalent knowledge acquired in whatever way.
