Industrial Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Sales Director to join our team at Yatriv Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth in the instrumentation and mechanical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends
- Present to senior-level clients, showcasing expertise and building trust through effective communication
- Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to drive results
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and pitches
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and managing high-performing teams
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional business outcomes
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
