We are seeking an exceptional Industrial Sales Director to join our team in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's success.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow profitable sales through proactive communication and engagement with local teams. You will provide technical support and advice to clients and partners, maintain accurate forecasts using our CRM tool, and report market trends to senior management.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with regional distributors to drive mindshare and accelerate product sales.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful sales programs.
  • Direct management of all sales opportunities within the region of responsibility.
  • Support the launch of new products and train partners on new and existing product portfolios.
  • Participate in joint customer visits and trade shows to drive new business conversion.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
  • A proven track record of managing distributor networks for complex industrial products.
  • International background, having experience leading international teams or covering multiple regions in a direct field sales role.
  • Minimum 5 years in industrial (B2B) sales and/or marketing experience, including experience managing distributor networks or internal sales teams.
