Business development Manager (Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities –
- We at Aujas Cybersecurity are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity Staff augmentation /managed services & solutions in the USA markets.
- Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong background in IT Cybersecurity services especially in staffing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.
- BDM will be responsible for Driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to closing deals by pitching Aujas Cybersecurity Staff Augmentation Services & Solutions business growth.
- Collaborate with key partners to enhance our network and create new business avenues by New Client hunting & farming /establishing key relationships with customers, expanding our client base in US Region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to expand our footprint in the USA. Identify potential clients, build relationships, and present customized staffing solutions to meet their business needs.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on IT/Cybersecurity Staff Augmentation Services and managed Services solutions for US Region.
- In-depth understanding of the Staffing industry, trends, and client requirements.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
