Lead Acid Batteries:

Solar & EV Power Electronics:

  • Our power electronics division is based in Delhi and operates two manufacturing facilities that cover 90,000 sq. ft. with round-the-clock operations.
  • We offer a diverse range of high-quality solar products, for off grid rooftop applications to empower rooftops with sustainable energy including solar panels, inverters, batteries, combos, charge controllers, and management units.
  • Eastman's yearly production capacity for E Rickshaw Chargers, Home UPS/Inverters, and Solar PCU/Inverters surpasses 4 million units.


Lithium-Ion:

  • We entered into Lithium-Ion business in 2020, we have quickly established ourselves as one of the most prominent Lithium-Ion battery manufacturers in India through our custom-made solutions that are highly reliable and cost effective with an excellent customer support.
  • As a pioneering provider of cutting-edge energy solutions, we design and manufacture lithium-ion battery packs under the prestigious Wattsman brand name.



Job Profile:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International/Export Sales Senior Manager/AGM to drive our global sales efforts in the power electronics/electrical components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in international sales, particularly within the electrical/electronics industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive export sales growth in target countries including Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities for our OEM business in the countries.
  • Identify and evaluate potential markets, customers, and distribution partners within the assigned regions, and establish strong business relationships to expand market share.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers and distribution channels, leveraging industry contacts, trade shows, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends in target countries.
  • Trademark (Brand) Registration and Certification: Get brand and trademark registration and pre-shipment certification in the target country.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of contacts.


Experience And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in international/exports sales, with a 7 to 15 years of experience in the electronics/electrical manufacturing industry.
  • The Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in International OEM sales
  • Strong understanding of electrical products, and applications, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
