Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to join DeHaat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients by offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives. As a key player in our Export Sales team, you will be immersed in a collaborative environment that values trust, team spirit, and a genuine passion for success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain productive, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, brand portfolios, product categories, and market dynamics.
  • Tailor and optimize country commercial guidelines to suit the unique requirements of each client.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, promotional plans, and innovative strategies.
  • Create and present volume forecasts and strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, promptly resolving any issues or concerns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant product category.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
