Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with 4-6 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically in the Sustainability Area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing robust sales funnels, managing relationships, and a strong focus on sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the designated sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through proactive sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the Sustainability sector
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A good reference showcasing your achievements and capabilities in driving sales success.
_ Preferred experience in sales related to ESG solution.
