Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who excels in generating leads both online and offline. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the digital marketing agency space, with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective lead generation strategies.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
  2. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospects, showcasing our services and capabilities.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, upwork, fiverr, freelancer and other relevant channels.
  4. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  6. Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract potential clients both online and offline.




Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, specifically within a digital marketing agency environment.
  3. Proven track record of successfully generating leads and driving sales growth.
  4. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Excellent networking abilities with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  9. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  10. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
