Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve Sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners in the real estate and interior design sectors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to support sales initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- 6-12 years of experience in channel sales, specifically in real estate, builder sales, or interior design industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Open to travel
- Should have launched new business in new territories
- 0 to 10 business growth experience in scaling business
- Should be a go getter
