Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. Experience in a marketing or advertising agency, or within the services industry, is essential. A bonus if the candidate has worked for an American or European company, despite being Asia-based.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Leverage social media platforms to generate interest and leads for our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in lead generation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, specifically using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and social media.
  • Previous experience working for a marketing or advertising agency, or another company in the services industry.
  • Bonus: Experience working for an American or European company while based in Asia.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation metrics and the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
