  • Evolving the Marketing plan in the short, medium, and long term to support sales delivery.
  • Improve service levels to 90%+ and build minimum inventory for fast moving parts at the warehouses.
  • Work directly with technology partners to define joint GTM strategy, value proposition and product marketing
  • content.
  • directing for Exhibitions, Industry based events, Organizing mechanic, Retailers meets & Road shows.
  • Parts Pricing & Price management, Margin analysis, Price rationalization, Market price study.
  • Planning monthly and annual sales volume by understanding market potential and market share.
  • Increase width and depth of distribution.
  • Conduct Monthly/weekly reviews with regional team and presentation to top management.
  • White space analysis and network expansion for business growth.
  • Inventory management and debtors’ control for smooth cash flow in branches.
  • Market analysis for formulating growth strategies.
