We are a small and growing IT services and Contingent Staffing firm located in the State of New Jersey servicing Fortune 2000 clients and various US government agencies. We are looking for a senior lead generation specialist with extensive experience in performing market research on US-based target clients, digital marketing, and cold calling.
Location
- 100% remote (Anywhere in India)
Compensation
- Competitive Base + recurring commissions on closed accounts
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B lead generation experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the IT Services, IT consulting, and US IT Staffing industries.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, latest tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cold-call senior-level decision-makers, procurement, and sourcing teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets consistently.
- Willingness to work with overlap with EST timezone.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various organic lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients within the Fortune 2000 sector for IT Consulting and staffing business.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target markets and develop effective lead-generation strategies.
- Engage with prospects through various channels including email, social media, content generation and cold-calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain and monitor various quality metrics to improve the lead-generation process
