About the Role

You will

  • Own and deliver sales quota
  • Sell "Plum" to CHROs, CFOs, CEOs & senior executives in customer meetings
  • Negotiate commercials with both customers and insurers
  • Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
  • Proactively source new leads


You have

  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate sales in the insurance broking industry, ideally with 2 to 7 years of experience
  • Closed 50+ mid-market accounts annually between 20L-1Cr GWP
  • Exceptional communication skills
