Location- Bangalore/ Coimbatore
Be a part of our global team. We are a multicultural organization with footprints across 23+ international locations.
As a Bid Administrator, you'll work as part of the pre-sales team to produce winning bids. Your primary responsibility will be ensure that our proposals comply with the bid/tender requirements.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
- Extracting documentation requirements from RFP’s & Tenders
- Preparing and coordinating compliance documentation
- Track and coordinate team member contributions to proposals
- Maintain proposal templates
- Maintain client and project references
- Complete Vendor onboarding requirements with our clients
- Maintain and update Vendor Risk Assessments with our clients
- Contribute to leadership dashboards and management reports, as well as other ad hoc requests for presentations
- Follow standardised proposal processes
Skills required:
- Highly organised task master
- Attention to detail and quality
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word & PowerPoint Skills
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to multitask on projects
Qualifications / Certifications required:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g, BA, BS) or equivalent experience
Experience required:
Minimum of 4 years experience in bid documentation
Industry experience:
Knowledge of the banking sector would be a distinct advantage
