As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process to secure contracts for security services. You will play a crucial role in researching, preparing, and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Management: Oversee the entire tendering process from identification of opportunities to submission of bids.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and gather relevant information to support bid preparation.
- Bid Preparation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions. Prepare high-quality tender documents that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and meet client requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure all tender submissions comply with regulatory requirements, client specifications, and internal quality standards.
- Deadline Management: Manage tender timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission of bids.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to enhance the company's reputation and maximize tendering opportunities.
- Negotiation: Participate in negotiation processes with clients to secure contracts and favorable terms.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tender documents, correspondence, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the tendering function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on tendering activities, including bid success rates, market trends, and competitor analysis, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in tender management or bid coordination, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
