You'll drive top-of-funnel growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven performance marketing, directly impacting our loan origination volumes and business growth.This is a high-impact Individual Contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of fintech partnerships, mobile growth, and performance analytics.What You'll OwnPartnership-Led GrowthDesign and execute partnership strategies across embedded lending and aggregator channels to expand loan distributionBuild embedded lending integrations with e-commerce, travel, healthcare, EdTech, and lifestyle platforms for point-of-sale financingManage aggregator partnerships with fintech marketplaces and comparison platforms to drive qualified lead flowOwn the full partnership lifecycle: identification, commercial negotiations, technical integration, launch, and ongoing optimizationDevelop API-first lending products and white-label solutions for seamless partner integrationsTrack and optimize partnership performance across volume, CAC, conversion rates, and credit quality metricsMobile Attribution & Marketing AnalyticsImplement and leverage AppsFlyer for comprehensive mobile attributionMulti-touch attribution across paid and organic channelsDeep linking optimization to reduce application drop-offsCampaign performance tracking (Google App Campaigns, Facebook, affiliate networks)Fraud detection and install validationCustom event tracking for loan journey milestonesCollaborate with marketing teams to optimize channel mix, creative performance, and bidding strategiesBuild ROI dashboards tracking partner-wise and channel-wise performance, payback periods, and portfolio qualityAcquisition & Conversion OptimizationDrive aggressive user acquisition through new partnership channels and paid marketing optimizationImprove lead quality and reduce CAC while maintaining growth velocityOptimize onboarding funnels from app install/partner referral to loan applicationExperiment continuously with landing pages, lead capture flows, and engagement strategiesBalance growth with credit quality in collaboration with risk teamsData & AnalyticsDefine and monitor growth KPIs: new user acquisition, CAC by channel/partner, application rates, conversion metrics, disbursement contributionConduct cohort analysis to understand partnership quality and long-term user valueRun A/B tests on campaigns, landing experiences, and partnership offersBuild performance frameworks for partnerships and marketing channelsWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in growth, partnerships, or acquisition rolesStrong fintech background, preferably in lending or consumer financeProven track record of building and scaling partnership channelsDeep expertise in mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms)
