Our stack is built entirely in-house — from D2C ordering experiences to inventory and kitchen management — which allows us to create industry-first, custom ordering experiences, iterate to simplify operations and scale quickly across our network. EatSure is our flagship D2C platform, where customers discover and order across the full Rebel Foods portfolio.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to take ownership of important user journeys on
EatSure
and make them meaningfully better. The exact scope will depend upon your strengths, but you can expect to work on broad areas of:

  • Discovery and new user onboarding
  • Occasion-based ordering experiences, events and multi-brand journeys
  • Cart completion, payments and checkout
  • Retention and repeat behaviour
  • CMS foundations & merchandising simplification

The role is individual-contributor (IC) but sits in a small, senior team and will report directly to the head of product for D2C at Rebel.

What You'll Do

  • Understand customer needs and behaviour through data, research, and experiments
  • Identify problems and opportunities across the EatSure user journey
  • Co-craft the product roadmap for EatSure and D2C at Rebel
  • Prioritize features based on impact and clarity of problem
  • Partner with engineering, data science and designers to build and ship high-quality experiences
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses
  • Define metrics, track outcomes, and iterate on performance
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations teams

Who We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2 years of hands-on PM experience in consumer products (preferably D2C, e-commerce, or marketplaces) from a Tier I institute
  • Comfortable working with data, experiments, and crafting user journeys
  • Exposure to strong product environments (e.g., food-tech, travel-tech, e-commerce, big tech) is a plus, not a requirement

Skills & Mindset

  • Being the guardian of customer experience - fight to build the CX you would love to use
  • High ownership - see problems through, even in ambiguous setups
  • Clear thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Great analytical skills; familiarity with conversion funnels, dashboards and A/B testing
  • Strong written communication

How We Work

We're a product group with in-house engineering, data science and design. PMs here work with a good amount of autonomy, and are encouraged to defend their points of view. We work closely with business and operations counterparts, to make sure we're building digital products that ultimately translate into great on-ground CX and are economically sustainable. You'll work with a manager who values people with high agency, curiosity, independent thinking, and structured thought.
