We're looking for a growth-oriented Product Manager to join our KYC Pod and drive products that help businesses onboard customers securely, quickly, and compliantly. You'll work across product, sales, and operations, ensuring that our KYC solutions not only meet regulatory requirements but also delight clients and scale effortlessly.

This is hands-on product ownership—you'll manage a small team (including product operations), engage with clients during pre-sales calls, and shape the roadmap for one of India's leading KYC offerings.

Here's What Your Day Would Look Like-

  • Partner with sales teams on client calls to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Manage product operations team to ensure smooth execution of client implementations.
  • Own the end-to-end KYC product lifecycle—from requirement gathering to go-live, adoption, and optimization.
  • Define and track KPIs for product usage, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable, API-first KYC solutions.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and industry trends to ensure the product stays compliant and competitive.
  • Contribute to pre-sales conversations, creating demos, prototypes, and client-specific solutions.

Experience -

  • Have 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B fintech, SaaS, or compliance/AML/KYC products.
  • Are well-versed with APIs—both for product design and client integration.
  • Have experience managing a small team, including product operations or analysts.
  • Enjoy working closely with sales and client teams to understand requirements before products go live.
  • Are data-driven and can translate client insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Can balance strategic thinking and tactical execution—you'll define the roadmap and also get involved in day-to-day delivery.
