Purpose of Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to build and scale innovative products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product requirements and specifications.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Track key product metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across teams.
  • Track Competition, market information and Industry trends
  • Track Network, Brand Pull, Display, promotion and schemes across all connected Target Audience and Influencers from Awareness to Share of Wallet.
  • Responsible for Margin, ASP, Mix and Sales Value.
  • Define Market growth strategy, align the organization to achieving its Annual Target Metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in related industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in product management process and handling retail distribution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong individual who can connect and lead and build process and system.
