About the Founders:

ZILO is co-founded by
Padmakumar Pal

Bhavik Jhaveri

, both seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the fashion and retail industry. Padmakumar brings a wealth of knowledge in retail operations and strategy, having held leadership roles in prominent fashion retail companies. Bhavik complements this with a strong background in digital innovation and brand development, contributing to the creation of customer-centric fashion experiences. Together, they lead ZILO with a shared vision of transforming the fashion retail landscape through innovation and customer obsession.​

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketplace features discovery, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Deeply understand user needs across both sides of the marketplace (demand and supply).
• Build and prioritize product roadmaps that improve user engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and validate hypotheses.
• Partner with business, operations, and marketing teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution and customer success.
• Ensure marketplace health by balancing supply and demand dynamics.
• Drive feature development for key components like seller onboarding, product catalog, payments, order fulfillment, reviews/ratings, and dispute resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, competitors, and user expectations.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, or platform company.
• Proven success in launching and scaling marketplace features or platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e. g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, SQL).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term vision.
