We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase engagement. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and expertise in real estate digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, reels, infographics, and ads.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends and implement innovative social media strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality real estate marketing materials.
  • Track competitor activities and industry best practices to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate sector with proven results to showcase.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing Software, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and lead generation strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
