Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with brand campaigns

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and more
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to ensure high-quality visual and written content

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement

Trendspotting & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Experiment with new formats and strategies to keep the brand fresh and relevant

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging copy
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social)
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
