If you're strategic, analytical, and always ahead of the trends, this job is your callingKey Responsibilities :Social Media Strategy & Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with brand campaignsContent Creation & Curation:Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and moreCollaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to ensure high-quality visual and written contentCommunity Engagement:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptlyBuild and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and online communitiesAnalytics & Reporting:Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvementTrendspotting & Innovation:Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practicesExperiment with new formats and strategies to keep the brand fresh and relevantCampaign Management:Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversionsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goalsQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3-4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agenciesStrong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging copyProficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social)Creative thinking and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiencesKnowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office is a plusWhy Join Us?Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBe part of a team that values creativity, innovation, and initiativeMake an impact by driving the brand's voice and presence in the digital spaceIf you're ready to take our social media game to the next level, we'd love to hear from you
